Contrasting Styles in the next concerts at Brandon Music
Brandon, VT -
Two very different style of music but both of the highest quality will be evident over the weekend of 9/10 September.
Brandon Music is delighted to present a chamber music program by professional faculty from Point CounterPoint Music Camp. If you heard them at The Town Hall earlier this month, you know these are remarkable musicians. The performance will take place at the Music Café at Brandon Music on Country Club Road on Friday, September 9 at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10.00, and reservations would be greatly appreciated, since seating is limited.
If you also enjoy good four part harmony in the barbershop style, join us when MaidenVermont presents a program of classic barbershop tunes, pop standards, and show-tunes for your enjoyment on Saturday, September 10, 2011. MaidenVermont is an all female, inter-generational a cappella singing group that has been wowing audiences since 2004. There will be small ensemble offerings, as well as the large group numbers. Tickets are $15.00 and reservations are appreciated, as again seating is limited. Tickets for both concerts include a soft drink; and desserts will be available for purchase.
