In the exhibit, "At One with Nature: New and Revisted," Joan Curtis expanded on her theme of imagining human beings co-existing with the earth's climate, by exploring the notion of humans finding space for our wild neighbors. The exhibit ran from June 14th through September 2013.
"A Sense of Place," an exhibit showcasing new paintings by Ruth Hamilton, was on view from April 8 to June 8, 2013.
An exhibit of new paintings by Rutland artist Carolyn Shattuck was featured from October 25, 2012 to April 2013.
An exhibit featuring paintings and encaustic work by Dick and Nancy Weis opened on August 8, 2013. Both artists have had long and varied careers and have built a solid reputation for their work's originality and aesthetic quality.
Ruth Hamilton's show, "A Walk through the Woods and other Favored Places" ran from December 2011 to July 2012, attracting a lot of interest and praise.
In October and November 2009 we featured the show "The Heart of Land" by Ruth Hamilton - a successful exhibition with ten works finding new homes in the USA and the UK.
Our first exhibition ran from July 1 to September 16, 2009 and featured the work of Linda Durkee, of Danby,VT, who produces vibrant and living paintings, collages, and mixed-media work inspired by the mountains and lakes of her home state.
